These are website-use terms. They do not replace the quotation, warranty, scope of work or customer terms that apply to products and services supplied by Rapid. Customer terms are provided with the relevant quotation, order or project documents and should be reviewed before they are accepted.
General website and blog information
Website and blog content is general information. It is not legal, engineering, electrical, building, work health and safety, accessibility, security certification or other professional advice. Laws, standards, manufacturer requirements and site conditions can change and vary between jurisdictions.
Do not install, modify, repair or operate automated access equipment solely in reliance on this website. Obtain a site-specific assessment and advice from appropriately qualified people before making decisions that affect safety, compliance, security or accessibility.
Rapid sells, installs, repairs and maintains many of the systems discussed on this website. A discussion of a product, design or approach does not mean it is suitable for every site.
Prices, estimates and quotations
Any price, range, calculator result or estimate shown or emailed from the website is indicative only. It is not a final quotation, an offer to perform work or a guarantee of availability. Remove unnecessary sensitive information and do not provide another person’s personal information unless you have a lawful reason and authority to do so.
If you submit a review for possible publication, you confirm that it reflects a genuine experience and does not infringe another person’s rights. You give Rapid a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to display and reproduce the review and to edit it for length or format without changing its meaning. We may verify, decline or remove a review. We will not publish the email address supplied for verification.
