Greg and their team has been very helpful! I had a gate that was installed by previously owner, and has been jamming and making loud noises. Price were competitive and they were easy to schedule. Would definitely recommend!

Booked a job for Rapid Access to attend and fix an unstable gate motor and realign it. It is an older system (14yrs). I received courteous and prompt phone calls and the job was booked for 3 days later which was fantastic. Technician 'LEON' called before arrival and was not only on time, but also friendly, professional and did a great job with resecuring our gate motor and fixing the alignment issues. I would have no problems recommending Rapid Access and if we upgrade or need anything else done we will be using them again. If anyone from management read this - please tell Leon we were very impressed with his service.

The guy who serviced my gate this morning was very pleasant and courteous. I explained the problem to him. I could only get my gate to open sporadically, which was very frustrating, anyway he fixed the problem. Now my gate is working extremely well.

Rapid Automatic installed posts and motors to automate the gates. Rectification work was required relating to the posts. After extensive backwards and forwards with the admin office, the right technicians for the job were finally sent on site to rectify. I cannot speak highly enough of technicians, Leon and Grant. They are highly experienced, very thorough with attention to detail. Summary: Technicians are amazing, know their trade and demonstrate excellent customer service. The process and procedure within the admin office probably needs refining.

Rapid installed electric gates to our semi-rural property, the gates are 55m from the house, meaning they had to run power from the house. The remotes work perfectly from the house and the gates are very attractive and operate smoothly. The technicians were very respectful to our property and were very pleasant people. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for gate installation. Just received our 12mth service, never had a problem.

Another great service from the Rapid Access team. Super fast response for our automatic front gate after damage from a courier. Needed a fast replacement for the opener motor arm and bracket and the Rapid Access team delivered. From request for quote to clean up done with a week. Shout out to Mark and Federico for their help.
