After a bad experience with another gate supplier, Rapid was responsive and helpful, coming up with a good solution at a fair price. They also came back multiple times to tweak (as it was a retrofit and more difficult) and worked hard to make sure the gate worked properly. Shout out to Leon for his friendly and professional approach and his commitment to getting everything working right. Thanks Leon!

Rapid are brilliant. I work for KERB a cloud-based parking platform and we have partnered with Rapid on a number of occasions. Huge shout out to Mark in sales - very consultative and thorough in his approach and Brad in operations - we are always confident the project will run smoothly under his management. Their price point is very reasonable and our end clients are always satisfied. Very rare to find a partner to rely on whether it's a simple install or a complex one.
