Very happy with the service from Rapid Automatic Access. They were the most professional out of the companies I contacted and did not sell me something I didn't need or want. Communication from them was pretty good too. They were patient and wanted to make sure I was absolutely happy with the installation.
Had massive problems with motors on community front gates. Rapid were contracted to fix the issue. Gates working super now. Rapid technicians were diligent on works carried out with great communication from the office throughout the whole job. Would recommend.
We had an issue with our commercial property which required a heavy duty gate installation. Upon inspection, rapid access determined recommended a post be installed and for it to be concreted into the pavement. Great service, workmanship and communication from start to finish. We required a replacement boom gate after our old one end its 20 year life span and Rapid delivered. Tech was friendly and efficient and was able to provide great support as well.
I called Rapid after years of dealing with another company that failed to professionally install and service our automatic gate system, leaving the gate without a lock and swinging in the wind. Rapid attended the site in very wet conditions, installed a new magnetic lock suitable for the application and wired it up. Shane was brilliant, knew exactly what was required and did the job quickly and the job looks professional. They will be doing all my maintenance from here on in. An absolute pleasure to deal with from the office to the field.

I just wanted to drop you a note and say thank you. The boom gate that you have installed to our car park has to be the best money I think I have spent in the last 20 years. After having parking issues on a daily basis, damage not only to staff vehicles but to brick retaining walls being knock down causing thousands of dollars of damage to the total reduction of litter and garbage being dumped in the carpark as it is now a controlled environment. The gate has also removed a lot of confrontation and stress with both my staff and tenants much happy with the security it provides & with customers still having free access to parking but at the same time it has deterred all the unwanted abusers of the space. Can I start by saying how amazing Rapid has been with the Supply installation of our gate system, They have gone above and beyond in helping us sort out the issues that arise in a special school.
After being told by other suppliers that it would be virtually impossible to motorise my existing gates and that I would have to look at replacing, Rapid came up with a solution and made the whole process look effortless. I had someone on site within a day to measure and the quote to me the next business day and the parts ordered and installation completed by the end of that week. The installers did a great job as well. Workingfor a service organisation myself I have firsthand experience with shoddy tradesmen but Rapid are certainly on the other end of the scale and I have no hesitation in giving them my highest recommendation.
I wanted to pass on our sincere thanks for the outstanding job that has been done by rapid in getting out gates operational. From the very outset your staff have been amazingly prompt in returning our calls or answering any questions, the job was completely seamlessly and most importantly we believe we have an outstanding, easy to use system. We have a number of different users that access our site from external garbage collectors, community users and staff who are on site at very different hours across all 7 days. The installation you have provided us with is completely user friendly for all and as the manager of our keys and gate system I feel at ease and confident in managing our users.

Paul Sills was very thorough and great to deal with. Both he and Luke were pleasant and ensured they left the area clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend to anyone requiring your services I wish you came up on my google search when I first had this done a few years ago by another company. The solution implemented by Rapid Automatic is far more robust and fit for purpose. Regards.
